Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HSVF Informática (Helvio Seabra de Vilhena Filho, CNPJ 63.418.465/0001-87, Belém, Brazil), referred to as "we", "us" or "our", handles information when you use the mobile game Iron Hand (the "App") on iPhone or Android, and the playable demo on this website.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personally identifiable information. The App does not require registration, login or any account creation.

The only data stored is your game progress (current journey, statistics, settings and preferences), which is saved locally on your device and never sent to any server controlled by us.

2. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to show rewarded advertisements, which play only when you choose to watch one. AdMob may collect certain data automatically, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• App interaction and diagnostic data used for ad delivery, measurement and personalization

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

On iPhone, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) can be used. The request appears once, right before the first ad you choose to watch. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads keep working but are not personalized with that identifier. The game works the same either way.

To opt out of personalized ads, or to change your choice at any time:

• iPhone (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off Iron Hand (or turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for all apps). You can also go to Settings → Iron Hand → turn off Allow Tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (on newer versions: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID).

3. Device permissions

The App may request access to:

• Tracking (iPhone only): the App Tracking Transparency request described in section 2, used only so that Google AdMob can show more relevant ads. Saying no does not limit any feature of the App.
• Device locale: used only to show the App in your preferred language. This information is not transmitted or stored remotely.

No other sensitive permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location) are requested.

4. This website and the browser demo

This website has no ads, analytics or tracking cookies. If you pick a language in the language menu, a small cookie (ih_lang) remembers that choice, and the demo may remember whether you turned its sound off in your browser's local storage. Neither is sent to us or to third parties. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for security.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game progress is stored exclusively on your device. You can erase it at any time in Options → System → Reset Progress, and uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data. We keep no data on our servers.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
